Charlie McElwain 

With a background in project management and building, Charlie is the driving force behind Colab Construct's commitment to efficiency and well-managed sites. Starting out as a trade-qualified builder and working around the world in foreman roles, Charlie later served as the Operations Manager for a local architectural builder for several years before transitioning into industrial and commercial project management. His technical expertise spans from design management through to construction delivery, and his attention to detail ensures that every project, big or small, is executed with precision and adheres to agreed timelines.

Gareth Jones 

Gareth is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked at Senior Management level in the UK, South Africa and New Zealand. He originally started his career in PQS offices before realising  that his passion was more aligned to project delivery and working with construction companies.

Prior to forming Colab he was the Commercial Manager for a Tier 2 National Main Contractor where he had an active role in the delivery of many technically demanding projects. He brings a proactive, hands on approach and 25 years of experience to help you find a way to meet your budget.
