This project began as a concept for Comcare Charitable Trust to consolidate several smaller offices into one centralised location.
After identifying a suitable building, Gareth collaborated closely with project stakeholders to define the design brief. He managed the tendering process and appointed the design team, providing cost and construction advice as the design advanced through to consent approval.

The construction scope included seismic strengthening, converting an undercover parking area into offices, and upgrading HVAC, electrical, IT, and communications infrastructure. It also involved reconfiguring and refurbishing all office spaces.
Despite the challenges, the project was successfully delivered on a tight schedule and within budget.
